Our products are sourced from the best manufacturing units throughout India. There is no third-party interference so we bring you the best retail price possible. All products are shipped from our stock in Kolkata and the shipping duration will vary for each product.
Products booked on the website will be shipped within 2 to 3 days from the date of order. However, customers should comply with Drolia Chemicals, that they shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of product due to circumstances beyond its control. The customer care team will assist in every way possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped.
Prepaid Orders: Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of ₹100.
