Returns:

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Please provide photo or video proof of the issue when requesting a return.
  
  Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  
  Exchange Policy:
• We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, you can return the item and place a new order.
  
  Non-Returnable Items
• Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are non-returnable.
• Opened or used items cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged.
